The Problem of Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affects how well a person can fall alseep and stay alseep. The main issue that stems from insomnia is sleep deprivation as it reduces the awareness of the person and can cause health concerns. Some examples of these issues include high blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attack, car crashes, and diabetes. Fortunately, the causes of insomnia are avoidable. Causes for insomnia include stress, mental disorders, certain medicines, other sleep disorders, and bad sleeping habits.
